Tuesday, February 7, 2023 -- The Mountain Brook High School Dorians competed in the Universal Dance Association’s National Dance Team Championship this past weekend in Orlando, Florida and were awarded fourth place in the nation! The Dorians competed in the Large Varisty High Kick Division and this year marks their highest finish in program history.

"We're so pleased with our girls' performance not only this past weekend but all season long," the MBHS Dorians coaching staff said in a statement. "They represented themselves, our school and our community with excellence."

The event, which took place at ESPN's Wide World of Sports, allowed the girls to compete on Friday afternoon in the semifinal round where they qualified for Saturday's finals.
