Wednesday, May 4, 2022 – Mountain Brook Schools honored its 2021-22 retirees at the annual Retirement Tea on Tuesday afternoon. The event recognized teachers and staff members who are drawing their tenure with Mountain Brook Schools to a close.

“It’s a special thing to honor each one of these people for their time and dedication to our school system,” MBS Superintendent Dr. Dicky Barlow said. “Each person brings something to the table at their local school as well as to the district. In their time here, they have helped us grow and have left a tremendous impact on thousands of students.”

Retirees in attendance were presented with a gift for their many years of committed service to Mountain Brook Schools.
