  • Monday, June 27, 2022 – Mountain Brook Football welcomed 350 kindergarten through sixth graders last week to Spartan Stadium for the program’s annual three-day summer camp. The young campers received personalized training and coaching from the varsity football players and staff members Monday through Wednesday for three hours each morning.

“This is one of the most special things about our program to me,” head coach Chris Yeager said. “Our camp embodies community, family, football, and fun. Everyone out here is learning and having fun while doing it and that’s what it’s all about.”

Campers practiced drills, developed skills, and competed both individually and with a team. Campers received a wristband, a camp t-shirt, and three days of fun!

Arguably, the best day of camp was Wednesday when Coach Yeager brought out the water slide and slip-n-slides. Everyone beat the heat with some water games on the turf.

Be sure to check out the video and pictures from the camp!
