Crestline Boosterthon Event Raises Thousands

  • Thursday, February 24, 2022 – Last week, Crestline teamed up with Boosterthon to raise money for the school. The theme of the week was ‘World Wide Sports’ and the students focused on character traits of curiosity, patience, confidence, humility and endurance which paired with Crestline’s Cougar STRONG character program. The students raised money all week and totaled approximately $60,000 which will be used to update and transform the lunchroom.

Boosterthon is commonly known for students running 35 laps. However, this year was a little different as students ran laps for a certain amount of time. Instead of 35 laps, the students hurdled, dove under and avoided 35 different obstacles over the course of a lap. Each grade level participated at a different time.
