July 28, 2021 -- Anna Bella Foster, a rising Junior at Mountain Brook High School, is the new ‘Miss Jefferson County’s Outstanding Teen.’ ‘Miss Jefferson County’s Outstanding Teen’ is part of the Miss Alabama Scholarship Program.

In addition to the overall title, Anna Bella won the talent portion of the competition. She sang Puccini’s beautiful aria, O Mio Babbino Caro. Anna Bella will go on to compete in the ‘Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen’ Scholarship Program in March 2022.
