Senior Spotlight: Carter Simmons

Meet Carter Simmons, a shining star from the PCHS Class of 2024! Let's dive into his incredible high school journey:

Parents: Justin Simmons and Lydia Simmons

Favorite Family Activity: Going to the Ocean

Biggest Inspiration: His father—Justin Simmons. "He has taught me perseverance and many other things. I would not be the man I am today without him."

Extracurricular Journey: From football to basketball, DECA, and SADD, Carter has been a true team player. "They have made me a better man and taught me to get through things."

Proudest Achievement: Placing 3rd in the state during sophomore year.

Memorable Moment: "Going to state basketball and having the best week of my life."

Growth & Advice: "I have matured very much and become a better individual. Don't rush anything, take each day one at a time, and cherish moments with your friends."

Favorite Class: "Being a tech for Coach Mayer my senior year. I enjoyed listening to music during the class and talking about random things."

Away from School: Carter loves vacations and constant travel.

One Wish: "I would wish to have more wishes."

Three Words: Outgoing, Patient, Diligent

Admired Person: His hardworking and caring father. "He has pushed me beyond anything I thought I was capable of."

Future Plans: Pursuing a business administration degree and diving into real estate.

High School Experience: Interesting, Different, Adventurous

Impactful Individuals: Shout-out to Mr. Brain Mayer for always pushing Carter to his max and maintaining a positive attitude.
