PCR-I Welcomes Mrs. Amy Andrews, 2nd-Grade Teacher!
Putnam County R-I Schools welcome Mrs. Amy Andrews, Elementary Teacher!
Amy was born and raised in Putnam County. After graduating from PCR-I, she attended Northwest Missouri State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Accounting and Financial Services. While finishing her education at NWMSU, she realized her passion was educating children, so she began her education program through Graceland University. Amy graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with reading and special education endorsements.
Amy and her husband Shelton live in Unionville. They have two daughters. Brixtyn will be two this summer and Britlee is two and a half months old.
This will be Amy’s 9th year teaching elementary education and her first year teaching at PCR-I.
In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, getting pedicures, and shopping.
