Dear Parents,

This has been a fun week for the kids! We had a great time celebrating Homecoming! Let’s Go Midgets!

I sent home a form last week requesting your time preference for parent-teacher conferences. If I did not receive your paperwork back, I placed you in a spot. Please return your signed conference time sheet next week.

Next week in:

Communication Arts: We will wrap up this unit. We will be testing over this unit on Friday.

Spelling: Your child’s list is in the Friday Folder.

Math: We will start a new topic next week. We will be working on adding tens and ones on a hundreds chart and number line We will also work on breaking apart numbers to add, adding compensation, adding using strategies, solving one and two-step problems and using appropriate tools.

Social Studies/Science: We will be testing over our Force and Motion Unit on Friday.

October 18, 19- No School

October 24- School Pictures Day

October 26- Character Education Assembly
