📢 Important Update for Parents and Guardians: Infinite Campus Implementation

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We hope this message finds you well. We understand that there have been some technical difficulties with the recent implementation of Infinite Campus, our new Student Information System. We want to assure you that we are fully aware of these challenges and are actively working to address them.

Our team is diligently working to update and validate the data within Infinite Campus to ensure accuracy and completeness. We are also working on creating comprehensive solutions to resolve any technical issues that may have arisen during this transition.

Additionally, we understand that many of you are eagerly awaiting your activation codes for Infinite Campus. We apologize for any delays you may have experienced. Rest assured, we are in the process of generating and emailing the activation codes to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this process.

In the meantime, if you need to send money for meal services, we kindly request that you send cash or a check in an envelope to PCR-I. Please make sure to include your student's name in the memo section of the check. These payments will be applied to your student's account promptly.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate through the challenges of onboarding this new Student Information System. We remain committed to providing the best possible experience for you and your students.
