Help us give a warm Putnam County welcome to our new First-Grade teacher, Ms. Mandy Taylor!

In order to get to know Ms. Taylor a little better, we asked her a few questions. You'll find her responses below.

Ms. Taylor, "who or what inspired you to pursue a career in education?"

"The passion of a few of my teachers inspired me to become a teacher so that I could positively impact the educational experience of more students."

Tell us about you...

Ms. Taylor responded, " I love being outdoors, crafting, painting, and baking. My favorite quote is "She believed she could, so she did". A fun fact about me is that I am about to become a mom, in less than 5 weeks!"👶

Tell us about your education journey...👩‍🎓

"I graduated high school at Adair Co RII (Brashear). I earned my Associate's Degree at MACC. Then I completed my Bachelor's of Science at Grand Canyon University while teaching preschool for three years. This will be my first year teaching First Grade."
