Preschool Screenings rescheduled for February 3, 2024.

Hello Putnam County R-I Families,

We are excited to announce an early kick-off for Preschool Screenings, setting the stage for the 2024-2025 school year! This crucial step is mandatory for all Preschool students, although it does not guarantee placement. Results will be mailed out by April 2024, offering you a glimpse into the upcoming academic year.

Details:

• Date: SATURDAY, February 3, 2024
• Time: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Booking Your Slot: To secure your child's spot, please follow these steps:

1. Email Mrs. Kellyn Robinson at krobinson@putnamcountyr1.net.

   • Include the following details:
     • Your name and a working phone number
     • Your child’s name, gender, and date of birth
     • Indicate if your child is currently in daycare or a preschool program
     • Top three preferred screening times (Scheduled in hour increments)

2. Unable to Email? Call at 660-947-3361 ext. 333.

   • If there's no response, don't hesitate to try again. Emails can sometimes find their way to SPAM. Give Mrs. Robinson a call and leave a detailed voicemail.

Act quickly! Spots are limited and fill up fast.

Important Reminders:

• For children already in the program, screenings for 2024-2025 are required.
• Bring the following documents on the screening day:
  • Child’s birth certificate
  • Proof of residency
  • Child’s immunization records

Mrs. Robinson can make arrangements for paperwork beforehand, streamlining the process for you.
