Group Agreements (a.k.a. “Ground Rules”)
Eugene School District 4J’s teachers and licensed specialists are represented by the Eugene Education Association (EEA).
Eugene School District 4J and the Eugene Education Association began conducting negotiations for a successor contract in spring 2021. The collective bargaining contract between 4J and EEA expired June 30, 2021, and status quo conditions continued in effect. The teams reached a tentative agreement on contract terms on February 17, 2022. The agreement was ratified by EEA members and approved by the school board in spring 2022.
