Insurance Coverage Provided
Eugene School District 4J provides a Basic Life coverage of $50,000 for all benefits eligible employees. This insurance is automatic and effective the first day you start you benefit eligible job here at 4J. Please remember to elect your beneficiary when completing your paperwork.
In addition to this coverage, eligible employees are also able to add additional life coverage up to a maximum of $500,000. See the Supplemental Life Insurance page for details.
