Most Core Synergy users will need training before update access is given. Register for training at 4j.lane.edu/workshops.

Access Databases

Databases are accessible using your 4J login credentials. Changes can be made to Train and Test databases to explore concepts without impacting the Production database.

Production Database Train Database Test Database
Holds current data. Users make permanent changes daily. Holds “last week’s” data. Any changes made are overwritten on Saturday. Holds oldest data. Updated infrequently and randomly at the SIS Team’s discretion.
