Eugene School District 4J provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance to all benefit eligible employees. This insurance is at no cost to the employee and automatic. It is effective the first day you start your benefit eligible job here at 4J.
Through the Basic AD&D insurance, you or your beneficiaries may be eligible to receive an additional amount of coverage if death or dismemberment occurs as a result of an accident.
