Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counseling Services
Provides face-to-face assessment and counseling, along with phone, video, or chat options, a 24-hour crisis assistance, and online resources. No co-payments and six-sessions, per event per year.
Digital Mental Health Services
Digitally enabled EAP comes with access to the Uprise Health platform that is designed to help reduce stress and keep you healthy. Small activities available from your desktop or mobile app store. Learn skills to develop your resilience, stress management, and mental fitness. Personalized recommendations, interactive exercises, mental health and skill building activities with videos, along with 4 phone coach sessions.
Work-life Balance Resources
We all have a lot going out outside of work. So finding a way to balance personal lives with work is important. EAP offers a wide variety of resources to help with balancing it all, which includes: legal and mediation, childcare, adult, and eldercare, online will preparation, identity theft resources, financial resources, personal advantage website, Tess Chatbot, online peer support groups, grief and loss support, ways to cope with stress and/or anxiety.
