Mr. Todd Hatfield Announced as Homecoming 2021 Grand Marshal!

At Putnam County R-I, we are thrilled to announce our Grand Marshal for the 2021 Homecoming Parade... a fan of all fans, Mr. Todd Hatfield!

Todd is a 1989 Putnam County High School graduate and a superfan of the Putnam County Midgets, Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Mizzou Tigers!

His enthusiasm for Missouri sports is contagious. That is why we have selected Todd to be our Homecoming Parade Grand Marshal. Congratulations, Todd! We are excited to see you sporting a Putnam County shirt in the parade!

Our Homecoming theme for this year is "At the Movies."

Save the date! Homecoming will be held on Friday, October 8, 2021. The assembly will begin at 9:00 am and the parade at 2:00 pm that day.

Dress-up days for Homecoming week are as follows:

Monday: No School (teacher PD day)

Tuesday – “Bonanza” Day

Wear Cowboy/Western Gear

(No play weapons)

Wednesday – “Bad Hair Day”

Wear your PJ’s & Crazy Hair

Thursday – “Madagascar” Day

Wear Animal Print or Camo Print

Friday – “Friday Night Lights”

Wear Blue & White/Homecoming T-Shirt Day
