Congratulations to Claire Tipton and Grace Schnelle! These two applied for the North Central Electric Youth Tour & Cycle Scholarships and won! Claire won 1st place and will receive a $1000 scholarship. Grace won 2nd place and will receive a $500 scholarship. Way to go, ladies! We are Putnam Proud of you!
