🥳Senior Spotlight Time!
💙Help us congratulate Class of 2023 PCHS Senior, Mr. Joshua Myers!
🤍Josh is the son of Chris and Mui Myers.
💙Josh's favorite quote: "Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."
🎯Josh tells us, "The accomplishment for which I find most memorable was the 2022 varsity football season. I experienced a lot of personal growth It was a privilege to see Putnam County Football back in a good place. I will always cherish the memories of uniting with coaches and players to accomplish so much together as a team."
✅We asked Josh what his advice would be for incoming freshmen. He said, "My advice for incoming freshmen is to work hard now and it will pay off later."
🤍💙Josh told us, "After graduation, I plan on going to Lindenwood University to get a degree in computer science. In 5-10 years, I hope to be working in a job and my prayer that I will use this career to make a difference for God."
😂Funniest moment at PC: "There are too many to choose from, but they always involve the boys and a little bit of Coach Mayer."
📖We asked Josh what his favorite class was at Putnam. He told us, "My favorite class was first-hour weights my sophomore and junior year. It was the class that I had with all my friends and was always a good way to start my day." Josh also told us that the staff member who has made the biggest impact on him has been Coach Mayer. He said, "He's been there for me since I moved back to the district and has taught me what it means to be a man and a better person."
🏈Josh told us his most memorable moment was "when we played Father Tolton and were down the first half and came back and won the game with 3 seconds remaining."
🥳Congratulations, Josh!
