PCR-I Celebrates Our Amazing Administrative Assistants!
National Administrative Professionals’ Day, also known as Secretaries Day or Admin Day, recognizes the professionals who keep an office running smoothly every day. Help us celebrate these outstanding humans who keep us organized at PCR-I Schools. On this special day, we recognize the work of secretaries, administrative assistants, and other administrative support professionals. Central to any business, these professionals keep an office organized and efficient.
The day in the life of an administrative professional is varied from moment to moment. While organization is key to their success, their flexibility and ability to handle the unexpected make them valuable to us here at PCR-I schools. Some of their responsibilities include managing appointments, drafting letters and memos, booking business trips, coordinating appointments, planning meetings, tracking attendance, fielding questions about everything school related, and so much more.
Administrative professionals compile data and research information, too. Their organizational skills mean they pinpoint information quickly and keep our admin team on schedule, help to keep parents and students informed, and more. They are central to our school and business office running efficiently.
Please, show some love for the ladies behind the scenes who keep us organized. We appreciate each and every one of you!
