Computer Help Sessions – Updated schedule below
The Benefits Team will be hosting computer help sessions to assist employees with the technical pieces of open enrollment. Due to the current guidelines to reduce visitors to district property we are altering our drop-in computer help sessions. Remember that you only need to participate in OEBB open enrollment if you need to make a change. Please see the new schedule below.
If you are someone who struggles with the MyOEBB site, do not have access to a computer, or just want to have someone double check that you are properly completing the enrollment steps, please drop by at any one of our scheduled sessions. Due to COVID-19 physical distancing protocol will be in place. You will be required to wear a face covering in order to enter the help session. The computer help sessions will be located in the courtyard on the west side of the Ed Center at 200 North Monroe St. Eugene, OR. 97402.
Computer help sessions are not intended to assist with decisions on open enrollment elections. Please contact your Benefits Coordinator for one-on-one assistance or help with plan choice.
