TalentEd Perform is Eugene School District’s online professional growth and evaluation center for creating, storing, and accessing employee evaluation documents and records. Perform is synched with the District’s Human Resources Information System to update employee information.
The District’s professional growth and evaluation cycles are constructed as year-long processes, with tasks to be completed periodically over the course of a school year. Done right, the employee and supervisor will complete tasks in coordination with each other and engage in professional growth conversations on an ongoing basis.
