Born and raised on Smith Lake in the town of Curry, AL.

 

Jake played Junior College Baseball at Bevill St Community College, received Bachelors and Masters Degree from the University of West Alabama. He is entering his 9th year as the head athletic trainer and sports medicine/ medical rotations teacher at MBHS.  Jake also serves as the director of sports medicine for the Southeastern Conference Championship Events. Prior to coming to MBHS, served as the head athletic trainer at Spain Park HS.
