Mountain Brook High School students have access to various technology tools and resources. Each student is provided a Chromebook, network account, and email. We use ClassLink as our MBS Portal for single sign-on access to online resources. Below are a few of our resources with various other approved resources included on our APPS page. Schoology is the learning management system used by Mountain Brook Schools for all students and staff professional development. Schoology provides many features including calendar, course content, assignments, announcements, audio and video, web conferencing, embed features, connection to 3rd party resources, discussion boards, mobile access, student and teacher interaction and collaboration and parent viewing of course content.
Google Suite for Education
All MBS employees and students have access to Google email and the G Suite for Education. The resources include docs, sheets, slides, sites, hangouts, gmail, and more.Microsoft Office and 365
MBS Employees and students have access to Office 365 Education including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and now Microsoft Teams, plus additional classroom tools. Also, employees and students may download the full Microsoft Client to home computers.MBHS Library Resources

This tool uses “brain games” and technology to gather real measures of aptitudes and interests. Students then explore how their natural abilities and interests fit with over 500 careers.
