Mrs. Roberts was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She graduated from the University of Alabama in 2017 and is currently in graduate school at the University of West  Alabama working towards her M.Ed. in Collaborative 6-12 Special Education. She previously worked as a para-professional with Mountain Brook's Turning Points program on Samford University's campus, transitioning special education students into life beyond high school. Mrs. Roberts currently serves as a Collaborative Science Teacher at the high school, Academic Teacher at Turning Points, and Circle of Friends club sponsor. She has a young daughter (Rory) with her husband (Charlie) and two Vizsla pups (Tucker and Penny). Her family enjoys spending time outdoors, mountain biking, and playing competitive sports in their neighborhood league.
