Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the School District No. 4J (Eugene Public Schools), Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, will be held at the Education Center Auditorium located at 200 N. Monroe Street, Eugene, Oregon. The meeting will take place on the 7th day of May, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear and discuss proposed programs with the Budget Committee.
Additional meetings are scheduled for the 14th and 21st days of May, 2012.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after Friday, May 4, 2012 at the Superintendent’s office in the Education Center at 200 N. Monroe Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
