All About Mrs. Wheeles

Welcome to Mrs. Wheeles' webpage.  I am looking forward to a wonderful school year!  I wanted to let you know just a little bit about myself.  I was born and raised right here in Concord and even attended Cabarrus County Schools myself.  I graduated from Northwest Cabarrus High School and went to college at UNCC where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.  I have been married for 15 years to my high school sweetheart Paul.  I started working at Cox Mill right after I got married.  This is my 16th year here.  My husband and I have two awesome children and a fur baby!  Our son's name is Wesley and he is 12 years old and headed to 7th grade at Harris Road Middle.  Our daughter's name is Kaydence and she is 10 years old.  She is in 5th grade here at Cox Mill.  Our shih tzu doggy is the baby of the family and her name is Bayley Grace.  Some of my favorite things to do during my free time is play with my children and our dog Bayley, spend time with my family and friends, hang out on our boat at the lake, go on vacation and relax!!  I really enjoy teaching and have met some wonderful students, parents and staff during my time at Cox Mill.  I love what I do and I can't wait to start up a new school year!!  Now that you know a little bit about me, I am looking forward to learning a little bit about each of you!!
