Mrs. Kimrey

Welcome to 4th Grade Math and Science with Mrs. Kimrey.

 

2022-2023 marks my ninth year at Cox Mill Elementary School and my 24th year of teaching. I taught in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools for 15 years prior to moving to Cox Mill which in my view, is the best school in all of Cabarrus county.  I am truly blessed to be a part of this community and school.

 

My family and I live only a few minutes from the school on property that my grandparents once owned.  I have been blessed to raise my children surrounded by their grandparents and cousins.  My husband and I have three children: Amber who is married and has a beautiful daughter, McKezinie who is a Physical Therapist Technician, and Blaine who is a senior at Appalachian State University.  As a family, we enjoy camping, hiking, kayaking, water and snow skiing.
