Concord Middle is under the leadership of principal, Tonya Williams.  Mrs. Williams is an experienced educator and school leader who began her career as an elementary school teacher.  Mrs. Williams joined Cabarrus County Schools as a 4th grade teacher at Weddington Hills Elementary School in 2001. During her tenure at Weddington Hills, she served as a lead teacher and lead mentor, a principal intern, and an assistant principal before becoming principal at Harrisburg Elementary School in 2014.  Most recently, Mrs. Williams was the principal at WM Irvin Elementary from 2017- December 2021.  She began her tenure as principal of Concord Middle School December, 2022.

Mrs. Williams is married to her husband Linn and has two children Tyler and Brett.
