MSBA Submissions

The MSBA mandates a rigorous and multi-submission Feasibility Study and approval process and will provide Framingham a grant of up to 62.31% of the study costs and eligible design and construction costs plus incentives. The three submissions are the Preliminary Design Program (PDP), Preferred Schematic Report (PSR), and the Schematic Design. The reports can be accessed by clicking on the links below.
