The Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) is a state agency that partners with Massachusetts communities to support the design and construction of educationally-appropriate, flexible, sustainable, and cost-effective public school facilities. They are a financing agency, focused on bringing reform and innovation to the school building process.
The MSBA has a rigorous process and schedule of events and phases that the District needs to be prepared for. We work with a Project Management Company to ensure all steps are carefully taken to align with the MSBA process and to streamline communication with the Architect.
The City of Framingham is completing a Feasibility Study which is the initial step in partnering with the MSBA to investigate the existing conditions and develop appropriate solution to the aging Fuller Middle School.
