Nominations for school district employees and volunteers accepted through April 2
Who is your champion in education? The 2017 ACE (A Champion in Education) Awards are seeking nominations, and the deadline has been extended through Sunday, April 2. Nominations for outstanding 4J teachers, administrators, classified employees and volunteers can be submitted online at www.theaceaward.org.
All nominees will be celebrated and champions will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, April 25, at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts in Eugene. Each champion’s school will receive a $1,000 cash prize.
The ACE Awards are a collaborative effort of the Eugene and Springfield Chambers of Commerce and the Eugene, Bethel, and Springfield school districts. The program is made possible by title sponsor Oregon Community Credit Union and representatives of the local business and education communities to honor those who are making significant contributions to future generations as leaders in education.
