Eugene School District 4J is committed to supporting the success of every student and creating a safe and welcoming environment for every family. Eugene is home to families from all over the world and students who may or may not have documented immigration status. All children, regardless of their immigration status, have a legal right to equal access to public education.
The Eugene School Board has unanimously approved a resolution affirming the board’s commitment to a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment for all students, regardless of their national origin, immigration or documentation status.
