Thursday, December 15, 2016 — All 4J schools and offices are closed due to hazardous road conditions. Icy roads and downed trees have made travel risky for school buses, families and staff. Only designated emergency staff should report to work.
Afternoon and evening activities, such as concerts and athletic practices, and other organizations’ use of school buildings also have been canceled.
School days canceled due to weather will be made up on days added at the end of the school year, so students don’t lose instruction time.
