Survey: English / Encuesta en español
Report Card: English / Reporte en español

Eugene School District 4J is seeking input from parents, staff, students and community members about the special education services they have experienced. This input will be used to help improve special education services for 4J students. Department leaders are reviewing how special education services are currently delivered and how this system of services could be strengthened in the immediate and long-term future.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey between now and June 5.

The district also has published and distributed its annual state special education report. Every year, the State of Oregon produces a special education report for each school district. The report cards contain information about test scores and more.

Eugene School District 4J provides a continuum of services to meet the needs of students with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). The district works to ensure that all students have access to the general education curriculum, meet or exceed grade level standards, and develop the skills necessary to ensure success in post-secondary education, in a chosen career, and as actively participating citizens. 4J is strongly committed to increasing achievement for all students, to closing the achievement gap and to increasing graduation rates.
