Parents and guardians of students in Eugene School District 4J are invited to provide input through the 2015 Parent and Family Engagement & Partnership Survey. The survey is open through May 28.*
This feedback will be used to inform our efforts to continually improve our district, our schools, and our partnership with families to further the success of our students.
*UPDATE: The survey has been extended to Friday, June 5 to allow additional participation.
