Note: This meeting is open to staff only.
Eugene School District 4J is seeking staff input as the search for a new superintendent begins.
One of the first steps of the process is developing a candidate profile — a list of the strengths and qualities that 4J’s students, parents, staff and community think 4J’s next superintendent should have.
You are invited to share your input through an online survey or in person.
Online Survey —The survey will be online until noon on Oct. 2. Paper copies are available at schools and the district office for those without internet access.
Community and Staff Meetings — Meetings have been set up around the district. Staff may attend this meeting at the Ed Center, which is open only to 4J employees, or may attend a regional meeting if they prefer.
Spanish interpreters will be provided for the meetings at Spring Creek and ATA.
Korean interpreters will be provided for the meeting at Cal Young.
Sign interpreters will be provided upon request.
