Mrs. Ashlee Knight (Myers)

Hello, Welcome back! This is my third year at Harris Road as a Health and PE teacher and the Athletic Trainer for all sports. I grew up in Charlotte and now live in Salisbury, NC with my husband and 2 pups. I attended Appalachian State University for 4 years to receive my bachelors degree. I also have my EMT and I am a certified lifeguard instructor. I love to workout, be outside, and interact with people. I am excited for a brand new year and look forward to meeting and working with everyone!

SPORTS: 

As the Athletic Trainer I handle all physical paperwork. If you have specific questions, please contact me via email. Stamp days for each sport and season will be announced on the morning announcements as well as posted on the Harris Road Athletics page. Every athlete must have a stamp card and 2 stamps (one by me the Athletic Trainer- Physical paperwork, and one by the Athletic Director- Online Registration), the card is then given to the coach the first day of tryouts. I look forward to seeing everyone at tryouts!
