At Mountain Brook Jr. High School, Lisa provides direct technology support to students, teachers, and staff.  In addition to providing technical instruction and troubleshooting technology issues, she updates and tracks Chromebooks, desktops and other tech devices. 

Lisa earned an M.Ed. in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University in Georgia and graduated from Iowa State University with a B.A.  in Political Science.  Additionally, she is a certified Teacher and Library Media Specialist with the State of Georgia.

Lisa has a background in non-profit management. Before joining the Mountain Brook Schools technology team, Lisa managed a non-profit arts center in Johns Creek, Georgia.  Lisa is a member of the Alabama Library Association, American Library Association, International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE), and Alabama Leaders in Educational Technology (ALET).
