Heather Phillips is so excited to be teaching 8th grade math at MBJH this year! She grew up in Birmingham and graduated from Hoover High School. Heather moved back to Birmingham after graduating from Auburn University. Heather taught 8th grade math at Liberty Park Middle School before coming to MBJH and will be starting her 10th year teaching middle school math. She looks forward to growing and learning with you this year!

Heather and her husband John enjoy working on DIY projects, spending time outside together, and playing with their dog, Scoot. We are so happy to be a part of the MBS family!
