Virginia Brown Planch is a Special Education Teacher at Mountain Brook Junior High. This will be her 14th year teaching. Virginia graduated from Auburn University in 2010 with a B.S. in Special Education and with a M.A. in Special Education from Auburn University in 2011. Previous experience includes teaching Special Education for Auburn City Schools, in the Dominican Republic, and for Oak Mountain Intermediate School. Virginia has taught in elementary and middle school settings. She is an energetic and passionate person with the desire to create a positive learning atmosphere. Virginia believes in providing an educational environment that will meet the individual needs of children.
