Mrs. Casey is super thankful to begin her 3rd year at MBJH teaching Accelerated Math 8! She was born and raised in Birmingham and graduated from the University of Alabama so she was thrilled to move back to Birmingham last summer from the D.C. area, where she taught for 3 years. Before that, she was at Oak Mountain High School for 12 years. She has taught a range of math classes, from Math 8 to Pre Calculus, so remember that when looking at all the commas that are out of place!

When not teaching, you can find her hanging out with her husband and three kids!

She cannot wait to meet her students and is looking forward to a great year :)
