Sheldon Region iT3 Schools

Participating schools in the Sheldon Region are:

Cal Young Middle School has a well-developed electronic portfolio program that is used by many staff to help students chronicle their learning.

Monroe Middle School has a cadre of 25 teachers and instructional assistants who have an iPad and who are learning how to use it to increase student learning. It also has the middle school portion of a K-12 immersion school that continues at Sheldon and that has teachers skilled at effective technology integration.

Sheldon High School has a rich technology curriculum that includes a mandatory technology class in the 9th grade that teaches skills that apply across the curriculum.

This Triad of schools has a strong history of collaboration and sharing of resources and ideas between the teaching staff.
