CPM Geometry – Chapter 7

Proof and Quadrilaterals
In this chapter, students make a prediction, create a model, collect data, share the results, find another way to solve the problems. The themes are proof and quadrilaterals.  During this chapter:

  • Students weave together the concepts of congruent triangles, proof, and quadrilaterals
  • Students will further develop their justification skills by including reasons for facts stated in a flowchart, creating a flowchart proof or 2 column proof.
