Trigonometric Functions

In this chapter, students will be extending their understanding of trigonometric ratios in right triangles to trigonometric functions. During this chapter:
- Students explore the connections between the unit circle and graphs of trigonometric functions.
- Students look at sine, cosine and tangent of a right triangle within the unit circle.
- Students investigate y=sin x and y= cos x as parent functions and explore their transformations.
