CPM Algebra 2 – Chapter 3

Equivalent Forms
 In this chapter, students will strengthen their algebraic manipulation skills as they focus on rewriting expressions and solving equations. The theme is determining equivalent forms.  During this chapter:

  • Students will determine equivalence in expressions and equations by testing values, graphing, using a table, and/or simplifying.
  • Students will simply rational expressions and equations so they are easier to work with.
