Getting a flu shot is the best protection we have from the flu and its complications, although it cannot prevent all cases of influenza. A flu vaccine also helps prevent spreading flu from person to person.
4J will hold three flu shot clinics this fall for staff and eligible dependents (age 10 and over) to get this year’s vaccination:
• Thursday, October 8, 1:30–5 p.m.
• Wednesday, October 14, 1:30–5 p.m.
• Tuesday, October 20, 3–5 p.m. 2:30–5:30 p.m.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the clinics will be held outside, on the west side of the Ed Center at 200 N. Monroe St. You must wear a face covering and stay 6 feet away from anyone not in your immediate household. Please bring your consent form already filled out, as shared pens and clipboards will not be provided.
