Notice of Budget Committee Meeting
A public meeting of the Budget Committee of Lane County School District 4J (Eugene Public Schools), Lane County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, will be held at the Education Center Auditorium located at 200 N. Monroe Street, Eugene, Oregon. The meeting will take place on May 2, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget.
This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting to ask questions about and comment on the budget document.
Additional meetings will be held on May 9, 2016 and May 16, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at the Education Center Auditorium.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after April 18, 2015 at the Financial Services office in the Education Center at 200 N. Monroe Street between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
