It’s summer! What to do if you need to contact the district or a school before classes begin on September 3?
Most central offices are open year-round. High school offices are open on a limited schedule during the summer. Elementary and middle schools close for part of the summer but reopen well before the start of school.
High Schools
North Eugene, Sheldon, South Eugene, ECCO:
Open Mondays-Thursdays 9:00–12:00 and 1:00–3:00, closed Fridays
Churchill:
Open 9:00–11:30 and 12:15–3:00
Middle Schools
Arts & Technology Academy: Closed Wed., June 25–Fri., Aug. 15
Cal Young: Closed Mon., June 23–Fri., Aug. 8
Kelly: Closed Fri., June 27–Fri., Aug. 8
Kennedy: Closed Fri., June 27–Fri., Aug. 15
Madison: Closed Fri., June 27–Fri., Aug. 8
Monroe: Closed Mon., June 23–Fri., Aug. 8
Roosevelt: Closed Thurs., June 26–Fri., Aug. 15
Spencer Butte: SBMS is under construction and will be closed until late August. The office team will be set up outside the building four days in August to enroll students:
- Wed., Aug 13, 7:00–10:00 a.m.
- Thu., Aug. 14, 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
- Tue., Aug. 19, 4:00–7:00 p.m.
- Wed., Aug. 20, 12:00–4:00 p.m.
Elementary Schools
Elementary school offices are closed for the summer. They will reopen for the school year on August 18.
