District issues request for proposals
The 4J school board is seeking proposals to purchase, lease, or trade for the Civic Stadium properties.
The primary goal is to maximize revenue to the district, but the board also will consider secondary goals such as other benefits to the district, benefits to the community, and neighborhood compatibility of the proposed use when deciding whether to accept a proposal.
Proposals are due December 3.
